Hans ZUPPINGER

Born 23 MAY 1589 at Zell, Zurich, Switzerland; son of Burckhart ZUPPINGER [F9888] and Verena WEBER [F9889]. He married Othilla HAGMAN [F4945] on 29 NOV 1612 at Zell, Zurich, Switzerland. Hans and Otillia lived in the farm hamlet of Oberlangenhard in the parish of Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland, a few kilometers north of the town of Zell. He died 13 Aug 1654 at Oberlangenhard, Zell, Zurich, Switzerland.

WIFE:
[F4945]. Othilla (Otillia) HAGMAN (Hagmann).
Born in March 1590 at Eidberg, Oberwinterthur Parish, Zurich. She married Hans ZUPPINGER [F4944] ON 29 NOV 1612 at Zell, Zurich, Switzerland. She died after 1671.

CHILDREN of Hans ZUPPINGER [F4944] and Othilla HAGMAN [F4945]:
  1. Margaretha ZUPPINGER. Born 1613 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland and died Oct 1629 at Oberlangenhard, Zell, Zurich, Switzerland. Margaretha died from "pestilence" that swept through the village of Oberlangenhard in the Fall of 1629. At the height of the epidemic in late 1629, over a third of the village had died and many burials were not recorded. It is thought that many of the other children for whom there is no further record also died in this plague.
  2. Barbara ZUPPINGER. Born 1614 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland, she married Hans Bosshart.
  3. Jacob ZUPPINGER. Born 1616 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland.
  4. Hans Jacob ZUPPINGER. Born 1618 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland and died 12 Jul 1636.
  5. Hans ZUPPINGER. Born 1619 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland.
  6. Jorg ZUPPINGER. Born 1621 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland.
  7. Ulrich ZUPPINGER. Born circa 1624 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland.
  8. Magdalena ZUPPINGER. Born circa 1626 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland and died circa 1626 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland.
  9. [F2472]. Conrad ZUPPINGER. Born 16 JAN 1628 at Zell, Zurich, Switzerland. He married Elsbeth DICKBUCH [F2473] on 11 JAN 1653. He died 30 Dec 1687. Elsbeth Dickbuch was born 1629 and died after 1672. They lived at Oberlangenhard in the parish of Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland.
  10. Magdalena ZUPPINGER. Born circa 1631 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland and died young.
  11. Elsbeth ZUPPINGER. Born circa 1632 at Zell, Canton Zurich, Switzerland and died 25 Aug 1636.
