Humphrey STAFFORD
HUSBAND:
[F1853282]. Humphrey STAFFORD.
My notes on Humphrey Stafford, attainted in 1485 show that he held the
following manors in Worcester: Grafton, Upton Warren, Bromesgrove,
Kingsnorton, Kidremester, Wiche and Kekynwyche. He also held the Manor of
Weston by Weyland in Northampton; the manor of Abingworth in Surrey; and
the manor of Hone in Derby.(S2).
Another note I have shows Sir Humprey Stafford of Grafton slain 18 June
1450, was succeeded by Sir Humphrey Stafford of Grafton, heir male of the
Earl of Devon, 1469 and beheaded in 1485 (the one whose estates are listed
above). His successors were Sir Humphrey Stafford of Blatherwick,
