He was christened on 27 SEP 1761 at Bunbury, Cheshire, England. [However source 3 says on this day James, the son of James Morris was christened. Could there have been two different families involved? Is he the son of James, and not John? Is it an error, or was both a John and a James christened on the same day? At this point I don't know. It needs to be checked further.]

He married Hannah LEDSHAM [F129] on 9 JUL 1786 at Bunbury, Cheshire, England. (S4).

He died from drowning {S7} (in 1816)(on 24 March 1807-S5) at (Burwardley)(Peckforton, Bunbury-S5), Cheshire, England.

Born about 1760 (S3) at Bunbury, Cheshire, England (S3); daughter of Richard LEDSHAM, Sr. [F258] and Elizabeth [F259]. She was christened 21 SEP 1760 at Bunbury, Cheshire, England.

She married James MORRIS [F128] on 9 JUL 1786 at Bunbury, Cheshire, England (S3).

She died 4 DEC 1823 at Bunbury, Cheshire, England.

[F64]. Joseph MORRIS. Born 17 DEC 1795 at Berwardley, Cheshire, England. He married Elizabeth VERNON [F65] on 24 JUL 1815 at St. Oswald’s Church in Chester, Cheshire, England. He died 29 APR 1861 in Birchlane, Dukinfield, Cheshire, England.
Nancy MORRIS. She married James DUTTON. They lived at Beeston, Cheshire, England.
Kitty MORRIS. She married Thomas DAVENPORT. They lived at Pecforton, Cheshire, England.
Anne MORRIS. She is probably the Nancy named in George Morris Diary, whom he said married a James Dutton. Born about 1788-1789, of, Alpraham, Cheshire, England. Christened on 19 JUN 1791 at Peckforton, Bunnbury, Cheshire, England. She married Thomas DUTTON (b.c1784 of Alpraham-d.?) on 2 OCT 1809 in Bunbury, Cheshire, England. Buried 11 Feb 1876 at Bunbury, Cheshire, England. CHILDREN: James DUTTON (he died in Cedar County (City?) Utah, Catherine DUTTON, Ann DUTTON, Elizabeth DUTTON, Hannah DUTTON, John DUTTON, Thomas DUTTON, Mary DUTTON, William DUTTON. (S5).
