Born on 1 NOV 1570 in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England; son of John CLARKE Jr.[F8856] and Catherine COOKE [F8857]. He was christened on 3 NOV 1570 in Westhorpe. Thomas Clarke may have taken his father's lands in Westhorpe as he seems to have resided at that place when his children were born, while his brothers John, Carew and Christopher took their father's lands in Finningham as is seen in the two subsidies levied at Finningham in 1596 and 1597. He married Rose KERRICH [F4429] on 13 MAY 1600 in (Westhorpe-S1, S3)(Saxsted-S2), Suffolk, England. He died on 29 JUL 1627 in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England; and was buried there on 30 JUL 1627.

Born on 13 APR 1572 in Saxsted, Suffolk, England; daughter of William KERRICH [F8858] and Margery [F8859]. She was christened on 13 APR 1572 in Saxsted, Suffolk, England. She married Thomas CLARKE on 13 MAY 1600 in (Westhorpe-S1)(Saxsted-S2), Suffolk, England. She died on 19 Sep 1627 in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England, and was buried there on 20 September 1627.

- Carewe CLARKE. Born on (1-S1)(3-S2,S3) FEB (1601-1602-S3)(1603) in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England. He was christened on 17 February (1601-1602-S3)(1603) in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England. He married Dorothy. He died 13 JUL 1658 in Newport, Newport County, Rhode Island.
- Thomas CLARKE. He was born and christened on 31 MAR 1605 in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England. He married Jane. He died on 2 DEC 1674 in Newport, Newport County, Rhode Island.
- Mary CLARKE. She was born and christened on 26 July 1607 in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England. She married John PECKHAM. She died between 1647 and 1648 in Newport, Newport County, Rhode Island.
- Margaret CLARKE. She was born and christened on 12 FEB 1608 in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England. She married Nicholas WYETH. She died in 1694. [Source 3 says she was born in Saxstead and christened in Westhorpe].
- John CLARKE. He was born and christened on 8 October 1609 in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England. He married Elizabeth Harris. He 20 APR 1676 in Newport, Newport County, Rhode Island.
- William CLARKE. He was born on (6 FEB 1610-1611 at Great Bromley, Essex, England-S3) and was christened on 11 FEB 1610-1611-S3)(16 February 1612) in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England. He probably remained in England, or may have died young, as he does not appear to have emigrated to America with his siblings. [Source 3 says he died on 15 MAR 1681-1682 in Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts].
- [F2214]. Joseph CLARKE. Born on 9 DEC 1618 in Westhorpe, Suffolk, England. He settled on the Island of Aquidneck (now in Rhode Island). He married Margaret (TURNER?) (about 1656)(on 16 NOV 1664-S3) in Newport, Newport County, Rhode Island. He died on 1 JUN 1694 in (Newport, Newport County)(Westerly, Washington County-S3), Rhode Island.
