Born 27 SEP 1696 at Farifield, Connecticut; son of John BURR [F4016] and Elizabeth HANFORD [F4017]. He was christened on 1 NOV 1696, probably at Fairfield, Connecticut. He married (1) on 30 APR 1719 Sarah STURGES [F2009]. He was a lawyer and a Colonel. He married (2) on 6 AUG 1747 Sarah STANLEY. He died 9 NOV 1763 at Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Born 22 DEC 1700-1701 at Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut (S3); daughter of Jonathan STURGES [F4018] and Sarah OSBORN [F4019]. She was christened 13 SEP 1702, probably in Fairfield, Connecticut. She married 30 APR 1719 Andrew BURR [F2008]. She died before 9 DEC 1745 at Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut; probably from childbirth of her last child on 10 NOV 1745.

  2. [F1004]. (Colonel) Daniel David BURR. Born 5 JUL 1722, probably at Fairfield, Connecticut. He married Eunice OSBORN on 11 DEC 1751. He died 3 DEC 1773.
  3. Andrew BURR. Born 24 JUL 1724.
  4. Elizabeth BURR. Born 22 JUN 1726. She married Daniel OSBORNE.
  5. Laureany BURR. Born 28 MAY 1728. She did not marry.
  6. Mary BURR. Born 22 MAY 1730.
  7. John BURR. Born 11 MAR 1732.
  8. Susanna BURR. Born 29 APR 1734. She did not marry.
  9. George BURR. Born 26 MAY 1736.
  10. Josiah BURR. Born 15 JUL 1738. He died young.
  11. Walter BURR. Born 9 SEP 1740.
  12. Sarah BURR. Born 23 SEP 1742.
  13. Oliver BURR. Born 10 NOV 1745.

Sarah STANLEY.
Born about 1708. She was of Hartford, Connecticut. She married 6 AUG 1747 Andrew BURR [F2008]. She died 29 AUG 1769.

  1. Jerusha BURR. Born 3 DEC 1749. She married 21 SEP 1767 to Hezekiah FITCH.
