Son of Henry de BOHUN and Maud de MANDEVILLE..
He acceded in 1220.
He married (1) Maud de LUSIGNAN.
He married (2) Maud de AVENBURY.
He was Constable of England.
He died on 24 SEP 1275, and was buried at Llanthony Priory, Gloucester, England.
WIFE (1):
Maud de LUSIGNAN.
She was the daughter of (Ralph/Raowl de LUSIGNAN and Alice-S1)(Hugh de la MARCHE le BRUN and Isabella TAILLEFER-S1).
She married Humphrey de BOHUN.
She died on 14 AUG 1241 and was buried at Llanthony Priory, Gloucester, England.
CHILDREN
- 1. Alice de BOHUN. She married Ralph de TONI.
- 2. Humphrey de BOHUN. He married (1) Eleanor de BRAIOSE. He married (2) Joan de QUINCY. He died 27 OCT 1265 at Beeston Castle in Cheshire, England; and was buried at Combermere Abbey.
- 3. Maud de BOHUN. She married (1) Anselm MARSHALL, Ninth Earl of Pembroke. She married (2) Roger de QUINCY, Second Earl of Winchester, sometime after 1245.
WIFE (2):
Maud de AVENBURY.
She died 8 OCT 1273 at Sorges, Gascony; and was interred in 1290 at Llanthony Priory, Gloucester, England.
